Lunch in Charlestown

Charlestown is a very historic town and also where the tv series' Poldark and Taboo are filmed. I had the joy of visiting there on a rainy day on my holiday to Cornwall and I just thought I'd write a post about it.
I love how moody these pictures look and this little cove on the way to Charlestown was so cute. I could tell it would be a lovely spot to sit on a warm, sunny day. However, this was not one if these days.

Peppa had a little run around with some new friends as I snapped some photos.

Charlestown itself is very cute and heaving with History. Kids were jumping  into the sea in their wetsuits as lots of tourists were taking pictures with certain spots from television.

We had lunch at a little pub as it had outside seating for the dogs but luckily there was a gazebo to sit under so we didn't get absolutely soaked by the rain.
Charlestown has a museum called the shipwreck museum which is about the only kind of attraction in the town. I was reluctant to enter and they had the CREEPIEST mannequin things that were meant to show what life used to be like or something.

I am quite enjoying these little travels updates so let me know if you are too! I'd also appreciate it if you shared this blog with others, as I know I'm not exactly Shakespeare but I do like this little blog of mine and would love other people to as well.
Goodbye,
Ellie x
